Founder & CEO
Robert is the Founder and CEO of ShieldNet LLC, bringing more than 30 years of experience designing, modernizing, and supporting secure, mission-critical network infrastructures. He combines executive leadership with the hands-on technical expertise needed to solve complex networking and cybersecurity challenges. He is known for translating complex technical requirements into practical, secure, and scalable solutions, and for remaining personally engaged from initial strategy and design through implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Linda Mai
Founder & COO
Linda brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership, operations, team development, and client-service experience to the company. Her background has built a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, personnel management, recruitment and retention, documentation, and day-to-day operational oversight. At ShieldNet, Linda applies these skills to business operations, human resources, and recruiting, which helps ensure the company operates efficiently as it continues to grow. She combines a people-focused leadership style with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to support ShieldNet’s employees, clients, and long-term business objectives.
David Kim
Director, Cybersecurity Engineering
David is a Cybersecurity and Network Architect with more than 20 years of experience protecting enterprise, federal, and state government environments. As Director of Cybersecurity Engineering, he leads the development of secure, resilient solutions spanning cloud security, Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, advanced firewalls, and regulatory compliance. David brings extensive expertise across Azure, AWS, Palo Alto, Cisco, FortiNet, F5, and other leading technology platforms.
